The Model 19 loveseat is built around a retro design language: piping on the cushions, arms and back, button detailing that finishes the look, and slim, tapered black metal legs for a refined retro elegance. It slots together with the Swyft-Lok system, so assembly needs no tools at all. Strength, durability and safety are put through rigorous testing, and the packaging is tested in-house to handle transit.

The cushions are filled with hollow fibre for a soft, plump finish, and come in a wide choice of premium fabrics and colours, from linens and boucles to velvets, chenilles and faux leather. The loveseat arrives in two boxes for easier access into the home.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

Yes - someone must be present. You'll receive a 2-hour window the evening before, and the delivery team will call 30-60 minutes before arrival.

Can you deliver through a narrow hallway or up stairs?

Yes - our sofa-in-a-box design is made with this in mind, so most homes are easy to access, even with tighter spaces or stairs.

If any boxes are too large, our delivery team can unbox them at the door and bring the pieces in separately. Access issues are very rare, but we recommend adding a note at checkout if you have narrow access, a small lane, or a gate code so the team can plan ahead.

How are products delivered?

Our furniture is delivered to the room of your choice using a standard Luton-size van. You'll receive a 2-hour delivery window the evening before, and our delivery team will give you a call 30-60 minutes before they arrive.

We also offer optional add-on services, including assembly, packaging removal, and old furniture disposal, for an even smoother experience. If the option is available, this will show at checkout.

For smaller accessory items and ottoman-only orders, delivery is handled by DHL and is drop-off only. Rugs are delivered separately via DX.

Please note, delivery is available up to the second floor unless a lift is available.

What is your returns policy?

You have 100 days to return any of our furniture items for a full refund. For rug returns, this must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you kept the original boxes, collection is free. If you've disposed of them, we'll arrange new packaging.

Can I add assembly or old furniture disposal as a standalone service?

Yes - assembly and disposal can be added to your order at checkout or by contacting support.

For all easy clean fabrics, stains can be removed using mostly water, stubborn stains may require a small amount of household soap.
