Four of the Model 18's five colourways are cotton: Meadow, Midnight, Nougat and Tuscan. All of them come with machine-washable, fully removable covers across the body, seat and back, so the soft cotton finish stays that way.

What is recycled cotton and why is it good?

The cotton we use on our sofas is made in Spain and is GRS certified (a certification that meets social and environmental requirements. It aims to encourage the use of recycled materials in the textile sector.) The finish is also a plant-based stain repellent technology which doesn't impact the look or feel of the fabric. Our 100% recycled cotton is woven from pre-consumed waste saved from landfill.

Can you wash sofa covers at home?

On the Model 18, yes: the cotton covers are machine washable, covering the body, seat and back, so regular spills and everyday wear don't need a professional clean.

What's the difference between a removable cover sofa and a fixed-cover sofa?

A removable cover sofa has a cover that unzips or unclips from the frame and cushions for washing or replacement, while a fixed-cover sofa's fabric is permanently attached and can only be professionally cleaned in place. The Model 18 uses removable, machine washable cotton covers across the entire range.

Can I buy replacement covers separately?

For the Model 18, yes: loose covers are sold as individual SKUs (Ottoman, Two Seater and Three Seater), in all five colourways, so a cover can be replaced or swapped without buying a new sofa.
