To guarantee next day delivery for next day delivery sofas, just place your sofa order before 15:30 Monday-Friday.
Any orders placed after 15:30 on Friday, over the weekend, or on bank holidays will be shipped for delivery the following working day. So, no matter what, you’ll be getting a brand-new sofa within a few days. E.g., if you order on Saturday, your delivery will be with you on Tuesday (as long as there is no bank holiday).
All orders can be booked in advance, and you can change the date of your delivery up to 24 hours before delivery.
Please note, where there is no working lift, AIT delivery crews will deliver up two flights of stairs only. You will be required to carry the goods beyond this point.
Restricted postcodes
There are a few postcodes where delivery may take a little longer, but you’ll never have to wait more than 7 working days for your sofa to arrive.
For some more remote locations (e.g., any postcodes with a 3-5 working day delivery time), your Swyft product(s) will be delivered to your nearest AIT hub and handed over to a third party to deliver.
Your delivery date is based on delivery to the AIT hub. The third party carrier will then get in touch to arrange a suitable date for your Swyft product(s).
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands.

We deliver all of our items with 3 different couriers.
DHL:
All small items, such as ottomans and cushions, are delivered by DHL. You'll receive your tracking link the evening before, along with your delivery time slot.
Please note: our upgraded delivery services aren't available for DHL deliveries. However, if you change your mind before your delivery, just let us know – we're happy to help.

AIT Home Delivery:
We deliver nationwide across the UK with AIT, and all upgraded delivery options are available.
AIT delivers seven days a week between 7am and 8pm. The evening before your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a 2-hour time slot via text and email. On the day, you’ll be able to track your driver in real time using the tracking link provided in their message.
Your driver will also give you a call approximately 30 minutes before they arrive, so you’ll know exactly when to expect them.
We recommend having someone available throughout the day of delivery, just in case there are any delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

Swyft’s Own Log Team:
For customers in London and some surrounding areas, your items may be delivered by our own logistics team. The process is just as simple.
We’ll deliver to your room of choice, and if you’ve selected our assembly upgrade, we’ve got that covered too. You'll receive a 2-hour time slot the evening before, and our team will give you a quick call before they arrive.

Delivery options
Buying furniture is a big, considered purchase, and with those types of purchases, delivery should be made as easy as possible. As furniture size and weight vary from product to product, the amount charged is based on order weight and is calculated at checkout. For example, a large modular sofa will cost more than one armchair; a cushion order will cost significantly less than a coffee table order. It’s easy.
