What size mattress is a 2 seater sofa bed?

The mattress of a 2 seater sofa bed can vary in size, depending on the bed’s design and dimensions. However, the size of a mattress will usually mirror that of a standard UK double bed.

We recommend checking with the manufacturer as sizes aren’t always the same.

Does a sofa bed fit 2 people?

It depends on the size of the sofa bed and the mattress. A two or three seater sofa bedwill usually provide mattress dimensions that reflect a UK double or queen-sized bed. A chair bed, however, will likely only be large enough for a single-sized bed.

Can you sleep on a sofa bed permanently?

As we mentioned in a previous blog, you can use a sofa bed as a permanent bed – our sofa beds are up to the job, especially when used with a mattress topper– but you can never beat the real thing.
