100% Recycled Velvet Sofas
The recycled velvet fabric we use on our sofas is made from yarn repurposed plastic bottles found in our oceans and landfill sites. For every one metre of fabric there are thirty 550ml bottles. In short, a Model 04 in Eco Velvet repurposes almost 300 plastic bottles. The fabric is also GRS certified, which means the emissions during production are significantly reduced. Our recycled velvet fabric is perfect for those looking for a sustainable sofa that has a lower-than-normal environmental impact.

But, it has a Martindale tested up to 60,000 rubs – an extremely high performing fabric.Recycled velvet is breathable and super soft. Its breathability means it has an easy-clean finish, which comes from a silicone fabric softener applied to the fabric pile, creating repellence properties. -
