The Model 19 two-seater sofa takes its cues from mid-century design, with piping detailing on the cushions, arms and back, button details finishing the retro silhouette, and slim, tapered black metal legs underneath for a refined retro elegance. It can be slotted together with the Swyft-Lok fastening system, no tools required. The range is rigorously tested for strength, durability and safety, and the packaging is tested in-house to withstand transit.

The cushions are filled with hollow fibre for a soft, plump feel, and are upholstered in Chenille Harissa: a deep, spiced brick red. The two-seater sofa arrives in two boxes for easier access into the home.

Can I use a steam cleaner on my Swyft furniture?

No - we don't recommend using steam cleaners or Rug Doctor-style machines, as they can damage the fabric backing and cushion filling.

What weight can Swyft sofas support?

All sofas are tested to British Standards - 110 kg per seat. A 2-seater is rated to 220 kg total; a 3-seater to 330 kg total.

Are the fabric covers on Swyft sofas removable or washable?

No - fabric covers are fixed upholstery and are not removable or washable. Full replacement cushions (cover and fill together) are available in some fabrics that are live on our site - contact our team on support@swyfthome.com to enquire.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

Yes - someone must be present. You'll receive a 2-hour window the evening before, and the delivery team will call 30-60 minutes before arrival.

Can you deliver through a narrow hallway or up stairs?

Yes - our sofa-in-a-box design is made with this in mind, so most homes are easy to access, even with tighter spaces or stairs.

If any boxes are too large, our delivery team can unbox them at the door and bring the pieces in separately. Access issues are very rare, but we recommend adding a note at checkout if you have narrow access, a small lane, or a gate code so the team can plan ahead.
