Built on an engineered wood and solid wood frame, the Ottoman stands on the same slim, stainless steel legs as the sofa, with a single top-stitch detail across the cushion top. It arrives in 1 box and slots together with the Swyft-Lok fastening system, though a tool is needed to attach the legs, which is provided in the box.

The cushion is filled with layers of foam for a supportive feel. Velvet Charcoal, a deep, cool-toned charcoal grey, brings the same tactile finish as the sofa to the Ottoman.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

Yes - someone must be present. You'll receive a 2-hour window the evening before, and the delivery team will call 30-60 minutes before arrival.

Can you deliver through a narrow hallway or up stairs?

Yes - our sofa-in-a-box design is made with this in mind, so most homes are easy to access, even with tighter spaces or stairs.

If any boxes are too large, our delivery team can unbox them at the door and bring the pieces in separately. Access issues are very rare, but we recommend adding a note at checkout if you have narrow access, a small lane, or a gate code so the team can plan ahead.

How are products delivered?

Our furniture is delivered to the room of your choice using a standard Luton-size van. You'll receive a 2-hour delivery window the evening before, and our delivery team will give you a call 30-60 minutes before they arrive.

We also offer optional add-on services, including assembly, packaging removal, and old furniture disposal, for an even smoother experience. If the option is available, this will show at checkout.

For smaller accessory items and ottoman-only orders, delivery is handled by DHL and is drop-off only. Rugs are delivered separately via DX.

Please note, delivery is available up to the second floor unless a lift is available.

What is your returns policy?

You have 100 days to return any of our furniture items for a full refund. For rug returns, this must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you kept the original boxes, collection is free. If you've disposed of them, we'll arrange new packaging.

Can I add assembly or old furniture disposal as a standalone service?

Yes - assembly and disposal can be added to your order at checkout or by contacting support.

Keeping Velvet Charcoal looking good just takes a regular vacuum with a soft brush attachment and the occasional wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Treat any stains by blotting, then dabbing with a clean, water-dampened cloth and mild soap before letting it air dry completely, and keep the Ottoman out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. The official care label also specifies: do not wash, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and dry clean only, using a gentle, mild process. This EasyClean-treated fabric is rated to 100,000 Martindale rubs, so it copes well with feet up and everyday use.
