Everything about the Model 08 Sofa Bed 2.5 Seat is built for a smaller room: a wide profile, slim features, with a single top stitch detail on the arms and body. The legs are turned solid beech in wenge at the front, black metal behind. There are no tools to find: it locks together with Swyft-Lok.

Thick soft foam runs through the seat and the bed, with fibre filled back and side cushions above it. It opens into the widest of the three, 160cm by 190cm. Chenille Pine gives you soft handed chenille, casual rather than formal, and the colour reads quiet forest green with grey softness. Expect two boxes.

Can I buy replacement cushion covers for the Model 08 Sofa Bed?

No - fabric covers are fixed upholstery and are not removable or washable. Full replacement cushions (cover and fill together) are available in some fabrics that are live on our site - contact our team on support@swyfthome.com to enquire.

Can I replace the arms on the Model 08 Sofa Bed with arms from another model?

No - each model's arms are specific to its own frame and fittings. Components from other models are not compatible.

Can I fit casters to the Model 08 Sofa Bed?

Swyft does not supply or recommend casters for the Model 08 - the leg design is not suited to castor attachment. Furniture sliders are a better option for moving it.

What is the linen fabric on the Model 08 Sofa Bed made of?

The linen-look fabric is 73% polyester and 27% cotton - not pure linen. It has a linen appearance but is more durable and easier to clean.

How do I convert the Model 08 Sofa Bed from sofa to bed?

Conversion is tool-free. Instructions are included in the box and a video guide is on the product page. The legs screw in during initial assembly only. Contact support if the mechanism feels stuck - it is unlikely to be a fault.

Is it safe to use the Model 08 Sofa Bed as a bed without the arms attached?

The arms are structurally separate from the sleeping surface, but we'd recommend contacting our support team to confirm before using it this way.
