Mid-century lines define the Model 02 Sofa Bed, with piped seat cushions, back cushions, bolsters, arms and back, and the seat cushion carries pulled stitch detail. A wenge-finished solid wood plinth carries it, above a solid and engineered wood frame. No tools are needed thanks to Swyft-Lok fastenings.

Foam and pocket springs fill the seat pad, the back cushions are six parts hollow fibre to four parts crumb foam and the bolsters are hollow fibre. Opening it means rolling the seat forward on its wheels, folding the back flat on the pin hinge and pulling the concealed legs from the seat, giving a standard UK double of 190 by 135cm at 43cm high. The upholstery is Velvet Petrol, a steady-piled velvet, soft and hard-wearing, petrol blue, green at its heart. Delivery comes as two boxes, with two people advised.

- Not recommended: Bouclé and Chenille should not be steam cleaned, as these fabrics require gentler cleaning methods and minimal moisture. We recommend spot cleaning or using a specialist upholstery cleaner where appropriate.
