The six drawers are the point here. Rather than lining up in even tiers, they sit in a staggered, asymmetric arrangement, a shallow pair across the top and four deeper drawers below, which breaks up the front of a 110cm chest and gives you a mix of drawer sizes to sort into. All six run on wooden runners, and every front carries a circular cut-out instead of a handle, so the layout is what you notice.

Around that, the shape is kept soft: rounded top edges, corner pillars that curve into tapered legs, and enough height at 90.5cm to work as a bedroom chest or a surface in a hallway. The legs are solid white oak, and the body is white oak solids with veneer over an engineered wood core, finished so the grain carries across the drawer fronts. It arrives fully assembled in a single box, which counts for something at 57kg.

Yes - someone must be present. You'll receive a 2-hour window the evening before, and the delivery team will call 30-60 minutes before arrival.

What warranty comes with Swyft products?

All sofas come with a 15-year frame warranty and a 2-year fabric warranty. These cover manufacturing faults — not accidental damage or misuse.

Can you deliver through a narrow hallway or up stairs?

Yes - our sofa-in-a-box design is made with this in mind, so most homes are easy to access, even with tighter spaces or stairs.

If any boxes are too large, our delivery team can unbox them at the door and bring the pieces in separately. Access issues are very rare, but we recommend adding a note at checkout if you have narrow access, a small lane, or a gate code so the team can plan ahead.

How are products delivered?

Our furniture is delivered to the room of your choice using a standard Luton-size van. You'll receive a 2-hour delivery window the evening before, and our delivery team will give you a call 30-60 minutes before they arrive.

We also offer optional add-on services, including assembly, packaging removal, and old furniture disposal, for an even smoother experience. If the option is available, this will show at checkout.

For smaller accessory items and ottoman-only orders, delivery is handled by DHL and is drop-off only. Rugs are delivered separately via DX.

Please note, delivery is available up to the second floor unless a lift is available.

What is your returns policy?

You have 100 days to return any of our furniture items for a full refund. For rug returns, this must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you kept the original boxes, collection is free. If you've disposed of them, we'll arrange new packaging.
