The frame is solid white oak throughout, given a lacquered finish that protects it without hiding the grain. Bar Stool 01 keeps its styling contemporary and simple, which is what lets it settle easily into a busy kitchen and stay looking right there. Assembly is not part of the deal: one stool, one box, done.

Boucle Ivory wraps the seat pad, an off-white with a warm cream undertone and the looped, slightly nubby surface boucle is known for. It is the softest-looking option in the range, and the one that does most to lift a darker kitchen. The seat beneath is padded to stay firm and level. Seat height comes in at 66cm, the sweet spot for counter-height tables and breakfast bars, and the frame is structurally guaranteed for 15 years.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

Yes - someone must be present. You'll receive a 2-hour window the evening before, and the delivery team will call 30-60 minutes before arrival.

What warranty comes with Swyft products?

All sofas come with a 15-year frame warranty and a 2-year fabric warranty. These cover manufacturing faults — not accidental damage or misuse.

Can you deliver through a narrow hallway or up stairs?

Yes - our sofa-in-a-box design is made with this in mind, so most homes are easy to access, even with tighter spaces or stairs.

If any boxes are too large, our delivery team can unbox them at the door and bring the pieces in separately. Access issues are very rare, but we recommend adding a note at checkout if you have narrow access, a small lane, or a gate code so the team can plan ahead.

How are products delivered?

Our furniture is delivered to the room of your choice using a standard Luton-size van. You'll receive a 2-hour delivery window the evening before, and our delivery team will give you a call 30-60 minutes before they arrive.

We also offer optional add-on services, including assembly, packaging removal, and old furniture disposal, for an even smoother experience. If the option is available, this will show at checkout.

For smaller accessory items and ottoman-only orders, delivery is handled by DHL and is drop-off only. Rugs are delivered separately via DX.

Please note, delivery is available up to the second floor unless a lift is available.

What is your returns policy?

You have 100 days to return any of our furniture items for a full refund. For rug returns, this must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you kept the original boxes, collection is free. If you've disposed of them, we'll arrange new packaging.

Care Instructions

Boucle Ivory carries no stain-resistant treatment and the cover is fixed, so deal with spills promptly and gently: blot, do not rub, and do not soak the loops. Vacuum with a soft brush attachment rather than a beater head, which can pull at the weave. Anything beyond a light mark is a job for a professional upholstery clean, particularly on a pale fabric. Strong direct sunlight is best avoided here. Dust the oak frame with a lint-free cloth, keep polishes and wet cloths away from it, and site the stool clear of radiators and hot rooms.
