Hello, Made to Order! This brand-new collection lets you personalise our best-selling sofas, armchairs and beds with a choice of 30+ new fabrics, delivered in just 10 days. From wool to boucle and everything in between, there’s something that’ll work with every interior look. 

We caught up with Swyft Interior Expert Kelly to get a first look at some of the fabrics on offer and get inspired for our next home makeover project. View the full Made to Order fabric list right here.

“When I first saw this room I loved the blue walls and darker painted ceiling - which is very in at the moment. I knew this would be perfect for an eclectic look”, says Kelly. 

“To achieve this, I’ve brought in a combination of our new Made to Order fabrics in warm colours on the Eco Velvet and Suede armchairs, and paired them with the tactile elements of Boucle on the sofa, which is also a new fabric for us”.

“The panelling in this room was a lovely traditional touch, which is why I’ve brought in the armchairs in our new Wool fabric. This cemented the traditional country home look but with a more contemporary, airy feel. In keeping with the natural textures of the Wool armchairs, I decided to compliment them with a Soft Linen sofa".

“Scandi-inspired interiors are still really popular, and there’s plenty of fabric options to play with in the new Made to Order collection. This birch panelling on the walls gives the room that natural, calming feel that this style’s known for”, Kelly explains.

“It’s important with neutrals and Scandi living rooms to not go too all-white, so I’ve anchored the look down with the Suede sofa in the colour Tan. Keeping with the warm feel, I added a Wool armchair in the shade Ecru”.

“The light in this smaller living was beautifully dappled, which is why I decided to show off our new Mottled Velvet fabric in here. I chose the colour Ocean for this sofa bed, which is a lovely rich hue that works well against the softness of the off-white walls. Adding a terrazzo side table gave the space a Mediterranean feel which we’re going to see more of in interiors this year”, says Kelly.

“This was such a unique space - it’s part conservatory, part orangery, and I loved it. The room is filled with plants, and naturally feels like a bridge between the inside and outside thanks to the glass panes”, Kelly writes.

“With this in mind, I decided the Forest green of our new Eco Velvet fabric would be perfect. For an extra space to sit, I’ve also included an armchair in Fern - another version of our Made to Order Boucle fabric which I love”.

Kelly comments: “I’m so excited to launch this Made to Order edit - I’ve handpicked these fabrics specifically for the collection. My personal favourite is the Boucle, but I love the full collection and can’t wait to see what styles and fabrics our customers go for.”
