Swyft x Kip & Nook Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter is Swyft, run in partnership with Kip & Nook.
2. The competition closes at 15.00 on 23.10.2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
3. Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom mainland and Ireland aged 18 or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of Swyft and Kip & Nook.
4. To enter, entrants must complete the following before the closing time: sign up to Swyft and Kip & Nook marketing emails; follow @swyft_home on Instagram; and follow @kipandnook on Instagram. 
5. One entry per person.
6. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing time.
7. The prize is one two-night stay at either the OG Lodge or Pinkney Lodge (lodge allocated by Kip & Nook subject to availability), including a complimentary meal for two at Albertos restaurant.
8. Alberto's is open Thursday to Sunday only, and the stay cannot be taken across a weekend. The stay must therefore be taken as either a Wednesday to Friday stay, with the Alberto's meal taken on the Thursday evening, or a Sunday to Tuesday stay, with the meal taken on the Sunday evening.
9. The Albertos meal covers food only. All drinks are to be paid for by the winner directly on the night.
10. The prize does not include travel to or from the lodge, travel insurance, or any extras or incidentals, including but not limited to spa treatments, activities, room service and anything else charged to the room. These remain the winner's responsibility.
11. The stay is subject to availability and must be booked in advance directly with Kip & Nook. 
12. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
13. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be amended once confirmed.
14. No cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
15. No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.
16. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the draw. In the event that the winner has not responded within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner drawn in the same way.
17. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. Entrants into the competition agree to be contacted by Swyft and Kip & Nook for marketing purposes. Entrants have the right to unsubscribe at any time from any and all marketing communications. Unsubscription from marketing communications will not affect the entrant's entry into the competition. Swyft will be able to contact the winner to inform them of the result in the event that they have unsubscribed from marketing communications.
19. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies of Swyft and Kip & Nook.
20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.
21. The Promoter and its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is outside the control of the Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
22. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Bulk, third party or entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or Swyft's website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
23. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
