1. Competition ends 15.00 on 19.11.2025

2. Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom mainland, except employees (and their families) of Swyft and Charles & Ivy.

3. One entry per person.

4. The prize will be a Swyft Occasional Chair (Ocassional chair of winner's choice) AND Swyft Side Table 01 (in finish of winner's choice) AND Charles & Ivy Fluted Wall Panelling (up to value of £500).

5. Prize value cannot be used in conjunction with any offer or promotion.

6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be amended once confirmed.

7. No cash alternative is available.

8. No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required.

9. The winners will be contacted within 14 days of the draw. In the event that a winner has not responded within 7 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.

10. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. Entrants into the competition agree to be contacted by  Swyft and Charles & Ivy for marketing purposes. Entrants have the right to unsubscribe at any time for any and all marketing communications. Unsubscription from marketing communications will not affect the entrants’ entry into the competition. Swyft will be able to contact the winner to inform them of the result in the event that they have unsubscribed from marketing communications.

16. The Promoter and its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

17. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Bulk, third party or entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Swyft's website or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

18. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
