Who wants a chair when there’s a bench? Before extending, the Dining Bench 01 fits comfortably within the legs of the Dining Table 01; its solid white oak legs echo the chamfer detailing on the dining table.

The fixed upholstered seat cushion has piped detail edging and is available in the same five fabrics as the Dining Chair 01. The bench is a good alternative for additional seating and can be used with the Dining Table 01 or as a standalone item – an entranceway bench, for example.

Do I need to be in to receive delivery?

Yes - someone must be present. You'll receive a 2-hour window the evening before, and the delivery team will call 30-60 minutes before arrival.

What warranty comes with Swyft products?

All sofas come with a 15-year frame warranty and a 2-year fabric warranty. These cover manufacturing faults — not accidental damage or misuse.

Can you deliver through a narrow hallway or up stairs?

Yes - our sofa-in-a-box design is made with this in mind, so most homes are easy to access, even with tighter spaces or stairs.

If any boxes are too large, our delivery team can unbox them at the door and bring the pieces in separately. Access issues are very rare, but we recommend adding a note at checkout if you have narrow access, a small lane, or a gate code so the team can plan ahead.

How are products delivered?

Our furniture is delivered to the room of your choice using a standard Luton-size van. You'll receive a 2-hour delivery window the evening before, and our delivery team will give you a call 30-60 minutes before they arrive.

We also offer optional add-on services, including assembly, packaging removal, and old furniture disposal, for an even smoother experience. If the option is available, this will show at checkout.

For smaller accessory items and ottoman-only orders, delivery is handled by DHL and is drop-off only. Rugs are delivered separately via DX.

Please note, delivery is available up to the second floor unless a lift is available.

What is your returns policy?

You have 100 days to return any of our furniture items for a full refund. For rug returns, this must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you kept the original boxes, collection is free. If you've disposed of them, we'll arrange new packaging.
