What guarantees do you have?
It doesn’t look like it will last very long?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, unless the product has passed BSEN12520:2015, in which case it’s passed all the regulatory strength tests. Each seat is suitable for a weight of up to 18 stone. Plus, the fabric is contract standard and has a martindale scale of 100,000, which means it can withstand a lot of bottoms.
It doesn’t look like it’s very comfortable?
Comfy-ness is high on our list of priorities. To ensure you get the comfort you deserve, we designed a unique three core cushion that has stability and a top layer of memory foam.
How many boxes do the products ship in?
The 3 and 2 seaters are shipped in three boxes and the armchair is shipped in two boxes.
What if I change my mind?

We only ship to Europe, but if all goes to plan we’ll be rolling out global shipping in the coming months.
I only received part of my order.
Panther is our preferred courier partner, on the odd occasion that you don’t receive your full order, please let us know and we’ll follow up on your behalf.
Can I order other/ replacement parts?
We’ve sourced the highest quality parts, so you shouldn’t have any issues with them. But, if you do, please contact us and we’ll ensure a timely solution.
Can I use my own fabric?
Alas, no. This isn’t a service we offer at present.
Can I change the legs?
We only offer the standard leg finish, but please sign up to our newsletter and we will notify you if this changes.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes we do, we offer a trade discount scheme and we’re always on the lookout for active partners. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
My tracking code doesn’t work.
Our courier partner Panther Logistics will contact you to confirm you delivery date via email and send you a text with the tracking details and your 2 hour time slot within 24 hours of the delivery date. You can enter your tracking code here to find out where you delivery is. If this still doesn’t work, please contact our customer support team at Swyft: email@example.com
If you have ordered a swatches sample box we use Royal Mail to delivery these - if you haven't received yours within 3 days contact us for an update.
Can I speak to a person?
Yes, please call us on 0203 488 4726 Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00, one of our customer services team will be happy to assist.
What if I’m not in to take delivery?
Our courier company will leave a calling card and you can rearrange your delivery.
Is COVID-19 affecting Swyft?
Yes, a little. Capacity in our factory has been reduced to ensure we’re at safe working distances and our suppliers are running limited services. Having said this, we have plenty of stock, so good to go. More info can be found here
