We will continue to follow and adhere to the guidance from the government, so as it stands, we are open and continuing to trade, but with reduced staffing to respect social distancing measures. We are still delivering the vast majority of our orders in the 48 hour window. However, due to the high demand on the logistic network, we are starting to see a few locations experience delays by a few days, and at worst up to 5 working days.
The customer service team are set up to answer your queries from their homes. Although working hard we do not have full access to all our platforms all the time. So please see below for the operational hours for each communication channel;

We use a two major delivery companies for our deliveries, so when you place your order you will get confirmation of dispatch from us and then tracking info from the delivery company.
If you are self-isolating or high-risk, there is no need for us to come to your door, we can do curbside or front garden drop offs. Each box is less than 27 kg, so you can easily carry them into your home. Please request this at checkout.
