Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide tailored product advice.
• Drive Sales: Demonstrate product knowledge, upsell, and achieve individual and team targets.
• Service Excellence: Deliver a consistent, positive, and memorable in-store journey.
• Store Presentation: Support visual merchandising to maintain an engaging environment.
• Operational Support: Assist with stock handling, deliveries, and daily store upkeep.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in retail sales, ideally in furniture, interiors, or premium/lifestyle brands.
• Strong sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident engaging with customers.
• Passion for interiors and design.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive, team-focused mindset.
